Are They Safe? is an easily accessible introduction to safeguarding children in voluntary sector organisations. The course is written for leaders of a wide range of voluntary and community groups working with children and young people of all ages, as well as adult-facing groups who may come into contact with children. While this short workshop contains material that we hope is useful to those who already have direct, practical experience in child protection, it is likely to be of most use to groups that are in the early stages of thinking about safeguarding, or who want to start again from scratch.
